Desert Bighorn Sheep
Join Gude and Outfitter, Tim Mercier
for two spectacular Desert Bighorn Sheep hunts in
the majestic Black Mountains of Arizona.
Hunt 1: Follow Tim and his hunter
Fred Jones as Fred takes his first ever ram with a
running shot on the 15th day of a 16 day hunt.
Hunt 2: Sneak along with Tim
and Dr. Alden Glidden as they stalk Doc's ram for
over five hours. On the 7th day watch as Doc makes
an outstanding cross canyon shot at over 300 yards
to fill a 20 year quest for a Grand Slam of North
American Wild Sheep.
Teaching: Learn some useful
and unique ways of using your spotting scope to shoot
video of game up close and personal. Tim also shares
some insight on finding and field judging Desert Bighorn
Sheep.
